2024-15 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or Safety Service Director to enter into a contract with Brenneman Excavating Inc as teh successful bidder for 4th St. Watermain Replacement Project and declaring it an emergency was passed May 20, 2024.
2024-16 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or Safety Service Director to enter into a lease agreement with Elmer Pohlman as the successful bidder for the lease of 6 acres more or less located on Shenk Road in the City of Delphos, Washington Township and declaring it an emergency was passed on May 20, 2024.

2024

R2024-1 A resolution establshing the policy and intent to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit personal property belongiing to the City of Delphos was passed on February 5, 2024
R2024-2 A resolution naming Andrew Grothouse as the City of Delphos representative on he Allen County 911 Program Review Committee and declaring it an emergency was passed on March 4, 2024.
R2024-3 A resolution setting a time and place for a public hearing on proposed amendments and changes to the zoning ordinance of the City of Delphos, Allen and Van Wert counties and declaring it an emergency was passed April 1, 2024.
R2024-4 A resolution approving the Allen County 911 Final Plan and declaring it an emergency was passed April 1, 2024.
R2024-5

A resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or Safety Service Director to apply for, accept and enter into a Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Agreement on behalf of the City of Delphos for planning, design and/or construction of waterwater facilities; and designating a dedicated repayment source for the loan and declaring it an emergency was passed May 6, 2024.

R2024-6 A resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or Safety Service Director for the City of Delphos to execute on behalf of the City of Delphos, any and all applications, requests, contracts or documents necessary to secure funding for the Natureworks Program through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and declaring it an emergency was passed on May 15, 2024.
